The employment outlook for teenagers in Michigan this summer isn't very good. This month, the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget projected an unemployment rate of 26 point four percent for teens, compared to over 28 percent last summer. The department's Kurt Weiss says that teenagers face specific challenges in finding a job:
