Residents of Benton Harbor who are interested in learning more about their city’s finances will have a chance to do so at a meeting this month. Set for Tuesday, January 16 at 7 p.m. will be a meeting at city hall for the annual audit presentation. City Manager Darwin Watson tells us it covers the 2016-2017 fiscal year. It’s the first audit presentation for Benton Harbor since the city regained total local control of government. Everyone is welcome to the meeting.
