Tickets are on sale for the Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan’s second annual Charcuterie Festival. Set for next Saturday in downtown Stevensville, it’s a chance for everyone to sample beers and food from 11 restaurants and 15 local breweries. The Humane Society’s Jill Svoboda spoke with WSJM News about the event.

“We are going to close down the street in downtown Stevensville and get under our big tent right in front of the Watermark Brewery, and we are going to have a big beer, wine, cider, and food festival,” Svoboda said.

Svoboda tells us all money raised goes to caring for the animals at the Humane Society. Last year’s Charcuterie raised more than $16,000, and tickets for this year are limited. In addition to the food and drinks, there will be live music, and Svoboda tells us it’s a fun, “come as you are” chance to mingle. You can find out more right here.
