KitchenAid is gearing up for its role as the title sponsor of the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship at Harbor Shores later this month by hitting the road with a food truck serving cookies and prizes. Deb O’Connor is the appliance maker’s director of global partnerships and spoke to Morning Sportsbeat on 957 & 1400 WSJM Sports about the food truck tour, which will be going all over up until May 19.

“It just gives us an opportunity to talk to people, talk about products, talk about the Championship,” O’Connor said. “If people are looking for tickets, they have a chance to win a KitchenAid stand mixer, so good reasons to go and meet the truck.”

The truck is at Harbor Shores in Benton Harbor today and will be at Tulip Time in Holland Thursday, at Maple Hills Golf Club in Grand Rapids on Friday, and in Lansing Saturday. You’ll also be able to see it in South Bend next Wednesday and Three Oaks on May 19 at Journeyman Distillery. The KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship will be played in Benton Harbor May 24-27.
