Police are looking for 23-year-old man for a shooting in the 700 block of Vineyard in the city of Benton Harbor last night. Public safety officials have identified him as Uriah Beauford and say he is also wanted for unrelated charges and is believed to be in either Benton Harbor, Kalamazoo, or Grand Rapids. A 41-year-old Benton Harbor woman is in stable condition at Spectrum Health Lakeland after being shot just after 10 p.m. Beauford is considered armed and dangerous, and Benton Harbor Public Safety is asking for tips on where he might be, but warning people to stay away from him.
