State Senator Kim LaSata is planning to hold open office hours this month, but with a twist due to COVID-19. LaSata will host sessions with the public outdoors. 21st District residents will have three times to ask questions and express concerns to LaSata. First up will be outdoor office hours at Milo Barnes Park in Vandalia on Friday, June 12. LaSata will be there from 9 to 10 a.m. The same day, LaSata will be at Free Church Park in Sturgis from 11 a.m. to noon. On Monday, June 15, she will be at Oronoko Township Park in Berroen Springs from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Everyone who attends is asked to follow social distancing guidelines and to wear a mask.
