Lifetime Announces Meghan Markle And Prince Harry TV Movie

Lifetime is developing a movie based on the romance of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the cable network announced Sunday at the 2018 winter TCA press tour. Casting is currently underway. Harry & Meghan: The Royal Love Story is being described as the romantic tale of a beloved prince and his new fiancée. Menhaj Huda, who helmed an episode of E!’s fictional Royal Family series The Royals last year, is on hand to direct. Merideth Finn and Michele Weiss are executive producers. Michelle Williams Applauds Mark Wahlberg’s Time’s Up Donation In Her Name

It was revealed this weekend that Mark Wahlberg will be donating the $1.5 million he received for All The Money In The World reshoots to Time’s Up, the legal fund for sexual abuse and harassment victims. This comes following a report that Wahlberg’s costar Michelle Williams received merely $1000 per day for the reshoots. Michael Douglas Preemptively Denies Sexual Misconduct Allegation

In a new interview, Michael Douglas is denying what he says is an upcoming claim of sexual harassment against him. Mark Wahlberg reportedly nabbed more than 1,500 times Michelle Williams’ pay for reshooting scenes in “All the Money in the World,” a new report claims. Sources say that Wahlberg was paid $1.5 million for the reshoot, while Williams was paid per diem that totaled less than $1,000.  After sexual misconduct allegations against Kevin Spacey emerged, director Ridley Scott dropped the actor and reshot his scenes over Thanksgiving week with Christopher Plummer in the role. James Franco has addressed the sexual misconduct allegations made against him. The actor appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert where Colbert asked Franco about allegations that were made by several women on Twitter after the Golden Globes awards ceremony, including Ally Sheedy, who accused him of misconduct in tweets that have since been deleted. Justin Timberlake has announced a new 27-date North American tour in support of his upcoming fifth studio album, Man of the Woods.  The tour begins March 13 in Toronto at the Air Canada Centre before wrapping up May 30 in his hometown of Memphis, Tenn. David Letterman released the trailer for his new show, “My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman,” on Netflix. Academy Award winner Cate Blanchett has been named the President of the Jury for the 71st Annual Cannes Film Festival. The “Carol” and “Thor: Ragnarok” star will be the first female jury president since Jane Campion served in 2014. HBO Confirms That Game of Thrones’ Six-Episode Final Season Will Air In 2019

“Game of Thrones” viewers will have to wait until next year to see how the HBO drama will come to an end. While it’s been speculated the final season of the series would not air until 2019, HBO made the news official on Thursday. “‘Game of Thrones’ will return for its six-episode, eighth and final season in 2019,” the network announced via Twitter. “David Benioff & D.B. Logan Paul is taking a break from his daily vlog. Beyoncé, Eminem and the Weeknd will headline the 2018 Coachella Music and Arts Festival, set to take place April 13th through 15th, and April 20th through 22nd in Indio, California. Beyoncé’s headlining spot comes one year after she backed out of the 2017 festival citing doctors’ orders, as she was pregnant with her twins at the time.
