ZZ Top have postponed the remaining dates of their 2017 Tonnage Tour as bassist Dusty Hill takes time off on doctor’s orders to take care of a health issue.  Hill is “addressing a tummy ailment and is following a directive to lay low for the next few weeks,” says the band across their social media sites. Cinderella’s Tom Keifer Hospitalized After ‘Medical Emergency’

Former Cinderella frontman Tom Keifer was rushed to the hospital Saturday after apparently succumbing to heat exhaustion and severe dehydration prior to a solo show in western Pennsylvania. The Scorpions Cancel US Tour Due To Singer’s Laryngitis

Bob Seger Postpones Tour Due To Medical Issues

Bob Seger and his Silver Bullet band have postponed their remaining 19 tour dates due to an “urgent medical issue.”  Announced Tuesday, Seger explained the issue was with vertebrae in his back.  In a statement it said that rescheduled dates will be shared when available and tickets already sold will be honored.  The “Runaway Train Tour” was due to wrap up Nov. 17.

Tom Petty Dies At 66

Rock star Tom Petty, died Monday in California, said Petty’s manager on behalf of the family. Petty was 66.  The rock legend suffered cardiac arrest at his home in Malibu early Monday and was taken to UCLA Medical Center, according to Tony Dimitriades, longtime manager of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Marilyn Manson Cancels Tour Dates Following Onstage Injury in New York

After suffering injuries following a mid-concert accident in New York on October 1st, rocker Marilyn Manson will be taking some time off while he recuperates at home in Los Angeles.  Nine of Manson’s upcoming concerts between Oct. 2 and Oct. 14 have been canceled, according to a rep.   Manson intends to reschedule these performances at a later date, though nothing specific has been announced.   Manson suffered injuries after a large stage prop fell onto him roughly one hour into his performance at Hammerstein Ballroom over the weekend.. ...Read Full Story
