Shinedown Breaks Record For Most ‘Rock Airplay’ Top 10s

Shinedown has now officially scored the most top 10s in the history of Billboard‘s Rock Airplay chart with “Get Up.”  “Get Up” is the second single from the band’s album Attention Attention and has become the band’s 11th top 10, breaking the band out of a tie with Foo Fighters for the most top 10s in the chart’s history. Meanwhile, “Get Up” currently sits at No. 2 behind Disturbed’s “Are You Ready?” — and if “Get Up” rises one more slot, Shinedown will move into a tie with Van Halen for second, with 13 No. 1’s on the Mainstream Rock Chart, trailing only Three Days Grace’s 14 chart-toppers.. ...Read Full Story

Panic! At The Disco’s ‘High Hopes’ Hits The Billboard Hot 100 Top 10

Panic! At The Disco have just scored their biggest US chart hit in over twelve years with ‘High Hopes.’ The song jumped up to No.8 in this week’s Billboard Hot 100 singles chart (which combines streaming, radio airplay and digital sales). Rolling Stones Announce 2019 U.S. ‘No Filter’ Tour

The Rolling Stones announce that next spring, they will be bringing their “No Filter” tour to stadiums across the U.S. It will be the band’s first concerts in the States since the Desert Trip festival in October 2016.  Mick Jagger said in a statement, “It’s a thrill when we play stadiums in the States, the energy is always amazing!” Added Keith Richards, “I’ve always loved playing the States. Metallica Donate $100K To California Wildfire Relief Efforts

California-based rock band Metallica are lending a hand to those affected by the wildfires in Northern and Southern California, and have donated a combined $100,000 to relief efforts. The All Within My Hands Foundation, the band’s charitable branch, will be giving $50,000 each to the North Valley Community Foundation and the Los Angeles Fire Department foundation to help out. The band stated: “All Within My Hands has made a $50,000 donation each to the North Valley Community Foundation and the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation. Both agencies provide service to victims at evacuation centers and other much needed relief. We would like to encourage you to join us in supporting those in need and our first responders in any way you can by donating money, non-perishable food, clothing and other supplies or by giving your time volunteering or providing temporary housing.
