McDonald’s customers can order from the restaurant’s “secret menu” to make their own creations. Customers just need to worry about paying for the extra items and dealing with the extra calories.

Here are several items you can order and how many calories they have.

  1. The Land, Sea and Air Burger: This burger combines a Big Mac, Filet-O-Fish and a McChicken. Keep only one sandwich bun and combine the rest of the toppings. Contains 920 calories.

  2. The grilled cheese: This isn’t on McDonald’s menu, but it’s simple to make. Order a cheeseburger and remove the burger. You can ask for the bun to be toasted. 210 calories with ketchup, 200 without.

  3. Apple Pie McFlurry: This combines a McFlurry with a McDonald’s apple pie. Customers can ask for the two items to be mixed together or order the items separately. 600 calories.

  4. McCrepe: Order three hotcakes and combine it with a yogurt and granola parfait. Stuff the yogurt into the hotcake. 256 calories.

  5. Hash Browns McMuffin: Combine a Sausage McMuffin with egg and one has brown. Put the hashbrown inside the McMuffin for a new breakfast sandwich. 620 calories.

  6. Neopolitan Shake: Ask an employee to combine strawberry, vanilla and chocolate into one shake for you. 520 calories for a small.

  7. The Mc10:35: The best time to order this sandwich is at 10:35, at the end of the breakfast rush and beginning of lunch. Order an Egg McMuffin as well as a McDouble. If both sandwiches are combined and eaten, it’s 680 calories.

  8. Monster Mac– A Big Mac with eight buns. 1,060 calories.

  9. Big Mac Sauce Fries: Order Big Mac sauce and use it for fries. A medium order of fries with the sauce equals 430 calories.

  10. Chicken McGriddle: Order a middle, but replace the sausage, or bacon with a McChicken patty. 390 calories.
