The St. Joseph Farmers Market returns to Lake Bluff Park this Saturday. St. Joseph Today’s Amy Zapal tells WSJM News the market will be held downtown every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. through mid-October. It’s your chance to pick up some locally-grown fruits and veggies.
“We’ve got local farmers, and they’ll have everything that’s available currently,” Zapal said. “There will be plenty of baked goods, Fuzzy Butts for your furry friends, there will be plants, and lots of good fun to have in Lake Bluff Park.”
Zapal tells us new this year are jams, honey, fine pastries, and perennials. She says the farmers market is a good chance for people to come check out the downtown area and visit some shops while they’re at it.
