The United Way of Southwest Michigan has added Van Buren County to its service area on top of Berrien and Cass counties. Executive Director Anna Murphy was at ribbon cutting ceremonies in South Haven and Paw Paw Wednesday, and told WSJM News about the merger.
“The merge was official on July 1, and you can go to the UWSM.org website and get information about any of the three counties, any of the programs that are being funded and the process that we will take to continue the funding, to do the fundraising, the process that we will go through to allocate the funds in the coming years.”
