An investigation is underway after a body was found washed up along the shore of Lake Michigan at Tiscornia Park in St. Joseph Wednesday night. The Berrien County Sheriff’s Department is assisting in the investigation with Sheriff Paul Bailey confirming the discovery to WSBT. The medical examiner responded to the scene with plans for an autopsy to be done Thursday in Kalamazoo.
