All parking in the city of St. Joseph is free until further notice. The city’s Public Works Department is suspending the pay-to-park requirements at all parks including Tiscornia Park and Lions Park due to the coronavirus pandemic. In a Facebook post, the city notes all of its parks remain open for people to use. Social distancing guidelines to stay at least six feet apart from others remain in effect.
